A bathroom remodel should move forward with a clear plan. We bring demolition, plumbing updates, waterproofing, and tile work together, with each step planned around the next.
We plan the next step before it becomes a delay. That means making good use of our time in your home while giving the work the care it needs.
One team. A considered approach to tile and stone, from the first conversation to the finishing touches.
From removing the old unit to plumbing updates, waterproofing, and finished tile. Rain heads, body sprays, and steam-shower plans start with getting the preparation right.

Remove the old shower or unit and prepare the space, drain, and shower base.
Plan the water lines and fixtures around your shower, from a new rain head to body sprays.
Install the backer board and waterproofing to prepare the shower for tile.
Work through the layout, cuts, corners, and transitions that give the space its finish.
Complete the grout and finishing details, allowing the materials the time they need.
The schedule follows the project. Scope, complexity, and required setting times determine the pace—quality comes first.

Every angle, in full.

For this pool, each perimeter tile was cut by the same calculated amount so the layout would read as consistent, full pieces all the way around. Carefully angled corner cuts brought the inside and outside edges together.
It’s the kind of detail you may not notice at first—and the kind we enjoy getting right.

“It’s definitely quality over speed.”
The owner, LOTI Builder Group
We’re working in your home. That shapes how we plan the job, use our time, and move from one stage to the next. We aim to keep disruption down without rushing the work that makes a bathroom last.
Coordinate preparation, plumbing, waterproofing, and tile so the next stage is ready when it should be.
Some work cannot be rushed. On our church project in Surprise, intricate radiuses and circular cuts were shaped by hand.
A good-looking finish matters. So do the preparation and waterproofing underneath it. We care about both.
